I love the design direction, if this is direction the production WRX STI is going with the iconic features (hood scoop, etc.) with performance to match this will definately be my next car!!

I've typed in google graphic "impreza STI concept" and what I saw there was stunning. New Impreza (self-made design STI) was GREAT, I'm loving it!!!! Check it out!!! :O Impreza (without STI) is avarage but STI is fcking badass!!! :D:D

This is hardly a innovative desighn from Subaru, but ive noticed over the years they seem to steal lots of desighn Q's from the Germans and Scandinavians.

@eltoro13 Like they currently do? No, the Impreza died when they came out with the new 3rd gen. The golden age was the early 2000's with bugeyes and blobeyes with the 2.0 liter motors. Good cars with no traction control, no dccd, none of that shit, just required a good driver. A good car that was fast and required concentration to drive. All of this new stuff is just sterilized commercial group-think design.

@BigD369 its probably just the basic design for the impreza model itself.....the WRX will be a completely different animal when it comes to this design.....they wouldn't preview that at such an early stage of design. The concept model probably is still in the works and will hopefully be slotted in for one of next year's early car shows (fingers crossed)

Great Subaru :( you've just made from a racing adrenaline WRC car, an avarage looking car with no spirit. I'm glad that this is just concept and I hope you will make it more aggresive, or what would be better, change it all. The best were 2004 and 1st G. I would also recommend to add old exhaust (with rumbling noise), not like in 2008+ models.
