Sorry to say it....but.....some of yall are concentrating on that "run" in Getaway as being sloppy......It wasn't just the run.....It was the whole song. Put your pride aside and listen to the ENTIRE song, you'll here it was pretty sloppy from beginning to end.

The band got a letter from Reliant officials stating there thanks in the professional manner in which the band handled the situation and in leaving on request... same can't be said for PV I'm sure and I even recall hearing some PV tubas trying to play a fanfare and getting cut off by their own director smh at ignorance...

Both bands were clean the thing is since reliant stadium is a closed top stadium playin runs like that in this type of environment this camera man caught the live band as well as the echo thats what made it sound just a lil sloppy. You would actually have to have been there to judge and get the full affect (PVU hands down) tsu could never play getaway and sound good lol

From looking at comments about these clips in different places I'm startin to wonder how many of these people have actually heard the original song. Made me have to go listen again to make sure I wasn't crazy. The so called "run" in the real song is a sloppy run...maybe the last triplet and eighth note is repeatable. Playing the song at the speed PV was playing it the "run" would sound about the same. Honestly I think those first notes hurt TSU's feelings and now they wanna hang on to this "run"
