They didn't become them, Maynard started APC with someone else, it's a completely different line-up. I don't really know why Maynard does more with them, or has been, but he does have a lot of side projects, I guess he likes to experiment and grow with time, which I think all musicians should. I hardly knew A Perfect Circle when I was at Lollapalooza. I left Skrillex early and I went to the stage Muse would play at in an hour or so and A Perfect Circle was closing with Passive and it stunned me. It jolted me and I wished I hadn't gone to Skrillex. A Perfect Circle is a truly talented band.

I just saw them in dallas last night. it was really good except when the fatty sitting next to me couldnt lift his cankle over the back seat cup holders and completely demolished my beer. The lazy tub of lard tried to pass it off like he didnt do it then came back with a beer for himself and his fat tub of lard girl friend(didnt replace mine or say sorry). They didn't become them, Maynard started APC with someone else, it's a completely different line-up. I don't really know why Maynard does more with them, or has been, but he does have a lot of side projects, I guess he likes to experiment and grow with time, which I think all musicians should.
