Uncharted 2 (HD) Review and Gameplay!!!

This is by far my favourite Uncharted game. Being able to buy new weapons, outfits and charchters for money you get from "achievents", lets you play trough the game or your favourite chapters of the game in a diffrent approach with diffrent weapons that wasn't avaible before.

I did enjoy the CO-OP multiplayer funktion, but single player is the best way to pay Uncharted.

Man was 2009 an awesome year for gaming. Uncharted 2 and Batman Arkham Asylum were my favorite of the year. But there was other awesome games. 2011 looks like it is going to end strong and will be another awesome year.

When does multiplayer ever make sense in a game...? Halo multiplayer; a bunch of Spartans shooting eachother. CoD multiplayer; Russians, Brits, Brazilians, Americans, and Arabians shooting eachother. Uncharted 2 multiplayer makes just as much sense as any of those do.

one of the best games you've ever played? are you kidding me? as i was playing through the painfully dragged out story campaign, i found myself begging for something as cliched as bullet time mechanic just to spice up the action! the main shooter mechanic is polished yes, but there's nothing original about it! bland guns and a campaign that just made me want to go watch raiders made this one of the blandest and most forgettable games i've ever played.

@angryrantingguy well for a start the controls are quite fluent, the fights are quite difficult (for a third person shooter anyway) and like killzone 2 the ai is smarter and will actually flank you; and the graphics is just the icing on the cake. Played the multiplayer beta, if its anything like it for a first attempts quite decent

The AI is above average, but that doesn't stop every single firefight from being the same. Played the beta too, it was really badly balanced, all anyone did was run around melee-ing each other. uncharted 1 is more fulfilling. Also the Multi player is a lovely addition, it adds to it's replay value. Once u r tired of multi-player you can play story, and vise-versa. Peple gotta play the first one.

I was simply amazed considering it;s the only action adventure shooter I played.

I love the multiplayer in Uncharted 2. The only 3rd person shooters that has better multiplayer in my opinion is Lost Planet Extreme Condition and Gears of War 2.

@ZeitgeistReview The Multiplayer is not as good as Gears and MW2 I own all three. Some might say these games main campaign is an add on. Neither Gears or MW2 involve any platforming in multiplayer the edge on this goes to Uncarted, Popularity of multiplayer doesnt determine if its quality or not the same goes for game reviews . Hey great review, and I definitely agree with you on everything, especially the difficulty level, I feel like it was perfect. But I do disagree with the part where you said you felt like it was tacked on, I thought it felt like they put quite a bit of work on it and did a pretty good job, but I do have a few complaints about the multiplayer and just a few ideas. I think the should have made a create a class system because I hate how people run straight for the shotgun and RPG.

The online co-op was fun but when it comes to team deathmatch and other modes other than Co-Op mode get MGS4 for Metal Gear Online or SOCOM: Confrontation. SOCOM on PS3 started out like shit but they patched the shit out of it making it fun again.
