It sounds like this particular car is developing a vacuum leak or has some Vanos issues coming up. Notice how he presses on the gas pedal at idle after he turns the car on and wouldn't let off while on camera. The RPM's began to dip below the normal 800 range so he had to give it some gas so it wouldn't stall out. If this car is still for sale i would definitely address the issue.
Isn't it the opposite with the rpm red line. When the vehicle is cold the lights lite up at 4k rpm and then when it warms up it only lites past 6.5k rpm, hence in the video the car was already warm and the lights were lit past 6.5k rpm.
