This is song of Om Kolsum , the name is Ana Fi Intizarak, but on this video just modern version with orchestra, u can ask about this version at Hollywood Music Center they use to have this CD long time ago but not anymore ...at list they can tell u from where it came . Sorry , this is all information i have , hope it will help :)

I love your style and skill----I believe you are the best! My comment was only regarding the controversy over original gypsy style. In my dance, I tried to incorporate some original gypsy moves from Russia. But I could not dance it with the same skill you can. Hope this clears everything up.

Its depend which country they belong , for example Russian gypsy( even if they have Romanian roots) took so much from Russian folk dance , songs and even from Russian traditional costumes ...They feet in Russian cultural now so well for so many generations ! Look at Flamenco dance , its also Gypsy style from Spain ...so, the same with Arabic Gypsy ...and if well start to look more deeply in history we will see that Gypsys roots started from India !

I wanted to put gypsy character in it and I think I did . And we have Gypsy from all over the world , not just Romanians ... :)

"Arabic Gypsy Fusion Belly Dance", lol. I've heard it all now. Can someone please show me a real authentic traditional Romani Gypsy belly dance? I am from a Romani family and have met Roms from all over the world and I know of not one. Roms have their own dances far removed to belly dancing.

This is a fusion, which means not a pure dance. This is not meant to show Romani dance, but just belly dance with some gypsy flavor in it. There are music mixes all around the world. No one claims this is traditional gypsy dance. I know what that is. I am not from America, and I know what is the true character of these pure dances. I know what is all of the different folk and belly dance styles from Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Spain, Russian, Ukraine, India and many more. I am not confused.

This is a fusion piece, which means not a pure dance. I am not a western dreamer. I am from Russian and Ukraine. I am not American. I know what is real music and dance from Europe, that is why this is fusion. I know it is not Romani music. It is a belly dance show, with belly dance music in a little gypsy style. The producers in Colorado put up background--dancers did not control this. They are American and can make mistakes.

This Gypsy costume I designed by myself and ask my friend to made it for me and explain how to do it...:-) Some of my costumes I made by myself , most of my costumes I ordered from Egypt, some of them I ordered from Audrena. Rite now I found new designer from Tashkent my first dress suppose to came before the 1- st of August :-)
