@LoverAnimal2000 LOL, check out some of my other 316 vids, I can assure you that our group knows how to ride, this was a public ATV rally with all types peolple with all types of riding experience
@ESPshreader13 Quick glance at it reminds me of a polaris scrambler.. More than likely wrong, but that'd be my guess. If we're even talking about the same bike.
current wide OL2's are only a few pounds shy of the 30x14 mamba...
Mambas dont look so bad anymore ;) They seem to clean very well from this vid, very aggressive tread with a smooth ride, and they are WIDE as fuck.. Seems like the perfect recipe for a good skeg tire to me.. Did you see them in action much after this video? How did they do?
I would love to see more of these tires in action. I have yet to see a set on the trails.
@PunisherGod1 Ya, they are monsters, sadly there wasn't much for skeg on this rally...wish I had witnessed more action, not many peeps at all running these bad boys
@ostacruiser but black mambas are still a great tire for more watery mud, depends on where you ride and what kind of riding u wanna do, if u wanna get stuck and waller down in mud then get the mambas but if u dont and just wanna get through no effort, use outlaws
i have mambas myself and thebitches are pretty fuckin heavy, i have them on my grizzly 550 and they will go threw a hell of a lot more than outlaws vampires and mud lites....
this a straight honest quote "damn, those mumbas are bad ass!" yes i said this while watching this without knowing it. they might be heavy but apparently if u got the power to turn em there badass!!!!
if you had to pick mamba outlaw sliverback which one would it be? the reason im asking is i have a honda and im not looking to put alot of money into to just to turn the tires over but i still want a awsome tire. the reason i ask is im more into trucks than fourwheelers .
@DeerHoleMudders have u tried mud lites there not quiet as aggresive as these other 3 but there really lite an the take me where i wanna go i have a 250 honda recon an i can go anywhere a 500 poloris can with the mud lites
@hondarecon2005 u dont need a vid. i can tell u first hand, its a great tire. its the most sold atv tire in america. but if it came down for me buying mud lights, or mud light xtr's. i would have to say get the itp xtr's. look them up. i promise u they are worth the extra money. and they dont wear out very easy. great in mud great on road great everywhere. both tires rule. but xtr's in my opinion
@DeerHoleMudders id get itp xtr's. look them up. it does great on any surface. when it comes to mudding if u put a little effort its great in the mud also. but id probably take laws because ive heard there way better a couple hundred times.
@bluesnature1 they are virtually identical in the mud to the Outlanders as they are the same machine with different plastics and shocks, I wouldn't own one case they aren't the best for bringing a few things along with you. Don't get me wrong I would drive one if someone gave me one...lol....I just would pick the Outlander over it when buying new
how do those terminators compare to outlaws, and silverbacks on a scale of 1-10 outlaws being 5, and silverbacks being a 3.5 so theres equal distance each way
@rcbasherz In our type of riding and mud I would rate the 29.5" Outlaws a 9.0, the 30" Silverbacks a 7.0(they dig too much and are rough at slow speeds) and the new Terms a 7.75, they seem to climb out of hole better then the Laws, but everything else performance wise is a little behind the laws, they don't paddle as well or clean out as well
i was wanting to get some ss wheels for my rancher (one day i hope to have an outlander) and i was wanting to get the deep dish wheels all the way around. would those be the 12x7 2+5 wheels?
@97chevyZ71350 You will definately get muddier and it will require more steering effort because of the off set, it will be more stable because of the added width
Looks like they did well once he was able to spin them fast enough and clean out the lugs, how comparable are they to an outlaw/terminator/silverback do you think?
@turtleryan Nope, I am fine with the 29.5" Outlaws, I may take a close look at the new Outlaw 2's that come out later this year. He didn't have any axle trouble on this rally running the mambas.
I live like 5mins away from Pleasantdale. Thank god i did not go in the rally. all i have is a 2wd 1986 Honda Fourtrax 250 with 25in Mudlite tires. I would have been toast in this mud.
looks great, a lot of expense on tyres and lift kits etc, would probably be a lot warmer too with a helmet on !
I don't get it, WHY would you ride without a helmet.
A friend just had his Outlander flip back on him and smash a £350 Carbonfibre top of the line helmet, 7 stitches above his eye........ no doubt at all it saved his life
im thinkign about some 27 mambas for my 650, you think it could handle it and did that guy break 3 or 4 axles and one or both diffs that trip? lol im also thinking about some terms, how did they do? i ride bottomless stuff but its rarely over PB mud if even
@saintsalltheway1000 IMO, I would go Outlaws, Silverbacks, Terms, Mamba's. I put the Mamba's in last place only because of the weight. If they could cut the weight way down they would move up the list
@saintsalltheway1000 Not sure, all depends where you're located, I know you can get better deals in the States with free shipping, up here the 30" Silverbacks are the cheapest at $680 a set for skinny, wides
Bunch of guys that can't ride wow what a waste of video

@TheAmerican462 Outlaws hands down, the Mamba's weight knocks them out of the running evertime
