@PWMPLS As a fellow xc skier, settle down. Just laugh a little and don't take the description so personally. In the grand scheme of things, there AREN'T too many people who care about cross country.

It's also worth noting that this is posted by break.com; they didn't create the clip, they're just reposting it to generate traffic and ad revenue.

Seriously, though, what did they do to his kick pocket?! I suspect klister based sabotage...

@farmboyjad Thanks for the reply. I'm settled down. I know they aren't too many people that care about xc skiing (or running), it just got under my skin for a moment. Hilarous video though.

@farmboyjad Being from the venue this actually happened on, i say too sticky of wax on fresh snow. his pocket was compressed enough that the fresh snow in the track (which is probably really soft too) and the wax stuck...poor kid though, at least he had good kick though

@carboncreatures i actually was a member of his team... one of our wax techs extended his kick zone by a few inches on one foot... it wore off on the first hill and apparently the rest of the race was great for him
