yea performance wise it kicks its ass but im sure as fuck not gonna buy one till they put a keyboard on it...cus comeone it has fast as fuck internet...WITH NO KEYBOARD and that is its one and only drawback

Battery life isn't bad once the battery is conditioned. With heavy usage, I make it through the entire day - 9AM-10:30PM.

If possible, I would imagine the best route being to purchase directly from Nokia in order to ensure that you have a manufacturer warranty.
