how many over exposed, under exposed and normal pictures does it take to get the best hdr result when you combine them?and at what exposure should i set each picture.the way i do it now is i edit the picture and make 3 copies and set one to -1 exposure.one to +1 exposere and one i leave normal.should i use more pictures or set them to higher or lower exposures?if anyone could help me with this i would trully appreciate it.
i have a question that might seem very stupid to some of you photo editing pro's.as i am fairly new to photography and editing photos.i just got photoshop not to long ago.so my question is.how do you create the 3 pictures needed to do the whole filer and saturation editing on photoshop?i dont know what shades or how to create them..could someone please help me with this.i have some awesome pictures from when i was in iraq that i took while in combat and of the scene..it would be very appreciated
nice hdr vid! i see all the bad feedback but you watch even the pros video and you have wannabe photography snobs dissing it. btw. the music is fine. its cultured unlike some of the swine that commented you
And eh, this was my first tutorial I made and I actually forgot to put music under it. Therefor I chose the audio swap option that Youtube provides. I kinda liked the tune ghehe but next time I´ll use my own music.
Right now I´m too busy but I´m planning to make more tutorials (most will be shorter and on the channel /user/visuals4you) So if you´re interested or have requests, let me know and subscribe.

Why TIFF instead of JPG or PNG?
AveNoctis 7 months ago
so to create the under and overexposed pictures you have to have photomatrix?
MrGotemcoach 7 months ago
@MrGotemcoach : No you can do it in any HDR rendering software.

Very nice tuto thanks.
So far I used PHotoshop CS5 to edit and make HDR Pictures.
I do not know Photomatic at all, is it better than photoshop for HDR Pictures.
Since you use it I think yes but what its better ?
Thanks for your help

Actually....no
It takes the same steps and similar control in Aperture as in Photomatix.
This is called a "tutorial", where you explain what you do and you do it slow enough that inexperienced people can follow.
Have a nice day
