The singer is Mike Peters of The Alarm. He and Billy Duffy teamed up to form 'Coloursound' and released an album of the same name in 1999. It isn't Ian Astbury singing as cennedym ^^^ seems to think!!

no, Mike Peters. Billy has the White guitar to the right. The bald guy to the left is Craig Adams from the Mission.
