I like to do these farmers walks on squat days when the gym is to myself, For example I weigh 185 to 190, will squat max around 380 then do farmer walks later with 90 lb dumbs at least 2, 3 minute walks (or until grip gives), which isn't that great for my weight. Also good to do opposite of military presses to get jacked up traps and back. P. S. I don't know a damn thing lol about water polo man.

If you aren't already in great shape, you'll hurt yourself trying to do that stuff with 50 pound dumbells. Start light and work your way up.
