  • First, it's ood that you're doing power cleans, this is an excellent workout.

    Second, this is not a power clean, it's a hang power clean :) Power clean you have to start on the floor. Anyway, the form: I think you did good, except that you start to pull your arms a little early, thereby losing power :)

  • @Steffesa Can you tell me if my 2nd video is any better? /watch?v=jpRnl4JfdtU&feature=c­hannel_video_title in terms of timing for the pull and speed of explosion.
