I still have my Plastic Model kits of the Original Battlestars from 1979. They came out after the show was Cancelled. I named the First one Galactica. I named the second one Pegasus. There should have been Decals in the box for the Battlestar Atlantia and the Battlestar Columbia which was reported as being Destroyed at the Peace Conference in the Series Pilot. Seeing other ships's names would have been Cool. Other Battlestars must have Survived
Wow, and all I had was a plastic model kit and some monofilament to hang it from the ceiling with. Oh, and I used flourescent yarn to mimick laser fire. Looked cool under blacklight.
Although I hated the show Bab 5 did space fighter flight the most realistic. Why do a turning arc like an aircraft just whiz by, rotate stop and blast.
nice animation.. though you miss out on the physics.. a viper would never make that smooth turn the left or tilt. Would be nice with some visual airbursts from the turning mechanism.
That was seriously cool!-do you think you might use the new Galactica in your next vid? If you do half as good a job on it as you did on the Viper Mark II, it'll rock.

I agree, a viper wouldn't make a smooth turn like that.. Because. They. Don't. Really. Exist.
