Most of ur aircrafts were destroyed on the ground, without even giving u the chance to bring them in air. Go check out Pathankot air battle!

But the reason was many were lost on ground on airbases and those which were shot down were HUNTER aircrafts, these are BOMBER aircrafts not ment for dog fight. We learnt from this in 1965 and in 1971, GNATS owned PAF .. check wikipedia for proof. in 1965 Tank battles were mostly equally matched.. again, check wikipedia for proof.

One of the pakistan tank brigade did punch through thin line defense at KHEMKARAN sector, but whats the use ? they got caught in a pincer move and had to surrender because we beat you back at kashmir from above and we reached lahor and rawalpindi from below ..but those photos are being used as propaganda in pak.. World saw ur soldiers, who heavily outnumbered Pakistani soldiers, turning their backs. We defeated u on land, sea (we levelled ur Dawarka Naval Base completely to the ground) & in air! It was a complete victory. The battles of Sailkot, Chondah sector, Lahore, Rajhistan and Khem Kharan sector were documented by many news agencies, u can check it out!

@DaSnipy We obliterated ur tanks, ur infantry and ur Air power completely! The most interesting fact is about the air war! PAF was outnumbered 5:1 in terms of number of aircraft! But we maintained total and absolute air superiority over IAF! Thanks to God and the finest training PAF fighters are given, we destroyed 110 aircraft of urs while we just lost 19! Most of ur aircrafts were destroyed on the ground, without even giving u the chance to bring them in air. Go check out Pathankot air battle!

@AnOnym0us007 There is some truth here regarding PAF, Yes, India did lose many aircrafts. But the reason was many were lost on ground on airbases and those which were shot down were HUNTER aircrafts, these are BOMBER aircrafts not ment for dog fight. They were shot down by SABRE JETS which were air superiority fighters. We learnt from this in 1965 and in 1971, GNATS owned PAF .. check wikipedia for proof. in 1965 Tank battles were mostly equally matched.. again, check wikipedia for proof.

When the battle begin, Pakistan was HEAVILY outnumbered, about 5:1 or may be more, ur army felt unprecedented pain and loss. At all fronts our army's was fighting with 1 battalion against 1 or 2 infantry and armoured DIVISONS. They were so heavily outnumbered that BBC stated broadcasting news of fall of Lahore as the war begin!

I agree with u on this point tht initially at small scale, war was started by Pakistan in Kashmir but India turned it into large scale war when pressure in Kashmir got unbearable. INDIA : 700,000 & Pak : 260,000 We were outnumber by 3:1 ratio atleast, according to Wikipedia while actually we were outnumbered 5:1. Now tell me one thing what do u make of such small enemy?
