  • Thank you for sending this note to me... I am sorry that I was never notified of any comments being left. I wish you the best of luck and many more miles of quarters!!!

  • Thank you. I will continue being in Relay for Life and by the way, we raised over 50,000 dollars for the "Mile of Quarters" fundraiser!

May the Lord bless you in all the great things you do!

  • This is powerful. You should check out a video that an ovarian cancer patient made by singing a song for her doctor. It is called Mr. Pokeyman. My Wife is a survivor and I share your pain

  • thank you so much, I am ending my breast cancer journey (sort of, it never ends really does it) with tomorrow's last radiation treatment, and I was looking for an appropriate song to post on my blog, and I stumbled upon your journey.

    hugs, karen

  • Big hugs, happy tears, and all the support you can handle! The journey never ends... you're right...but the scenery does change!

I chose this song because of how differently I heard it after cancer, and after meeting so many young survivors (lots of these photos are the people I met at the Young Survivors Coalition conference last year.)

    Good luck and be well!

  • that was amazing <3

  • Yes... that jolt of words... but it's so great of you to share Your Journey and perseverance with others. What a wonderous community that surrounded and embraced you... and I know from your words and music that you returned the embrace, comforted, and walked with them on their Journies too. We all need that loving caring.
