Humans, like all Mammals, are a Red meat. The creatures in the animal kingdom what eat red meats (pork, beef, human or any other mammal) are naturally drawn to other red meats, just as those that eat white meats (poultry, foul, birds of any kind) are naturally drawn to eating white meats.

For this reason, if Zombies were real, they would be instinctively drawn to red meats, though they could have a preference for humans, as many animals prefer a particular animal as prey.
