it's been a couple of years since I flew these simulations but from memory I flew the shuttle to mach 1 on full power at flight sim ceiling of 60,000 ft and positioned shuttle inbound at 60 DME before cutting off fuel to simulate a high speed glide approach,the shuttle would drop at 4,000 fpm (auto pilot limit) and make an overhead pass of the field at 33,000 ft at around 450 knots,rate one turn to line up with runway @ 10 DME,flare would start at 3,000 ft,gear down at 300 ft,touchdown 200 knots

how many hours did you put the gear down for before td? and wish i could of seen the speedo
