Built up an extremely large down payment and safety net. Bought a house 2 years ago. Pay my mortgage on time plus an additional month payment every year. I helped MYSELF through life. I didn't rely on a bank or my daddy to support me while i say on my ass like you do.

I saved over $30,000 in a year by letting my overpriced house go. My credit dropped to 700 (from 822) and is now 758 (excellent). I have no debt, and my house payment now is $650 less a month than I was paying on an equal house.

omg, educated people can't figure out the solution?
solution: Banks, Oil company's, credit company's can NOT fall under free enterprise. They NEED to be regulated. They NEED to be made to take less profits in order to help the economy.
Under free enterprise, those institutions are able to make there money even at the expense of the entire nations well being. We are free as long as we don't infringe on others freedoms or rights...but that don't seem to apply to those institutions?

@DavesAV6 Thats because when Ronnie was in offic e . He gave cooperations rights, like a person. That opened the door for lobbiests and all other kind of criminals. Capitalism was working till then. True we had thieves in government. But it was a lot harder for them to pull big scams like this. Thank Ron and his whore from hollywood for that. Should have just said NO ! alright. No to politicians drunk with power.

Can the government FORCE the middle class to give up their pensions and 401k's "in order to help the economy"? Better think about the consequences b4 you go asking for something.

@mrzack888 I want to clarify and affirm that I like and admire Jacque Fresco's work. Part of the Zeitgeist movie is very good and truthful information however since I saw the despicable David de Rothschild in Zeitgeist 2007 and former president Clinton, I think the movement has been infiltrated by leeches and parasites and nothing good ever comes from those scum bags. The state of world today is a clue. Keep looking. The truth is out there. Remember, be skeptical but keep an open mind. Peace.

@natritious1 Good for you. I always double check everything too. Google Zeitgeist + Rosthshilds Also listen to Peter Joseph in different interviews. He completely dismisses the global elite as pure conspiracy. I believe is using Jacque Fresco's concept for sinister purposes. There is something about Peter I do not trust. I may be wrong but I trust my instinct.
