My only mention of weight was in relation to the stock exhaust which I replaced. You failed to understand the bumper was only off for testing and do not understand the difference between an exhaust and a bumper. @carsinmyheart the stock exhaust on a Gallardo is horrible. Below 3500 rpm there is a baffle that is closed, so it sounds like a Cadillac, i.e. no sound. Above 3500 rpm, it sounds nearly the same as this new exhaust however the new one sounds more like an F1 car once you get above 7000 rpm. The stock exhaust also weighs 75 pounds, this one weighs 15. I consider that an improvement on all counts.

@pdisme everyone's opinion, but for me, either a 3500 or 7000 rounds, I prefer the stock, and then what use to lose weight on a car that will not racing, no circuit and will not win in acceleration ... if you want to loose weight choose the original wheels ! they do not go with this car (for me)

Most Gallardo owners who fall into the enthusiast category, meaning participate on forums, aren't scared to modify their car, take it on the track, etc. all hate the stock exhaust.
