My point is the bible was written THOUSANDS of years ago by primitive sheep herders who knew nothing about psychology, biology, and genetics and other sciences. Something written thousands of years ago cannot be applicable to modern times.

Not at all, but that was blasphemous. Ok it's true they didn't know nothing about science, but aren't most scientists "atheist" anyways? Yes they hearded sheeps, truth be told, yes they were very rural, but that does not change the fact that the prophets were sent to the Earth by our Lord Jehovah, and it doesn't change the fact that homosexuality is a sin.

My point is why should we just accept something just because some book says it. I believe in questioning everything, even religion. Blind acceptance and faith leads to intolerance and oppression. Science has disproved many things in the bible such as creationism...we now know through science that the Earth is Billions of years old not thousands. So if the bible is wrong about that..why should we just blindly believe in something from Thousands of years ago?

Whether I condone murder or not is something that I will be judged. I do not condone murder for the hell of it but i condone self defense. Even if it means murder. Either way, murder is something you can regret and beg for forgiveness to the lord. Not too sure you can really regret something "you are born with"
