This is because the head office is so concerned with making as much money as possible, they cut staff so we dont have anyone to clean up after the filthy hobo's that eat at night.
Most of the time there are only 3 crew on, plus me! WTF am i supposed to do? 100 customers on F/C, 10 in the D/T and a fight breaking out every minute?
Or, you could hire more people. OR you could have just one person clean up the mess and the customers either can deal with the wait or have a dirty store. Something tells me the customers would rather have an extra wait time instead of some disease.

Staff were cut by head office (so they are to blame), and with only 3/4 staff on board to deal with heavy store traffic - good luck serving with customers whilst maintaining sanitary conditions. Most customers who walk in demand prompt service - hence the term 'fast food'.
It's not the manager's fault that they cut staff at this hour. This is why i hate working overnight. At least 75 out off 100 customers who come eat are drunk and they just make a mess. And trust me, its really hard when you only have 3 employees because one has to be in the entire kitchen, one on DT and one handing out the orders. And this goes on all night long. I would never let my store get this filthy tho. Thats just too much.
