generally toss means somebody leaves the other person hands also...and for people who are good, it's called a full down, ya know so you can add the word double when you do more than one. oh yeah, and it sucked.
real men dont need help tossing to hands. or to extend. props to the girl doing the full down. Hey girl. Find a real man who will toss you to arabesque. Then full down.
hmm, at my school we do our cradle tosses different...
im the back spotter, but its our middle school team with no guys and 2 bases...

wow, i thought that was pretty good. i don't know why so many people are saying that it was bad.
and so what if the guy needed help? i'll bet alot of you guys(the people commenting) couldn't do that! I think it's pretty good.
