There are some people who are so self-entitled that they wont be satisfied with anything, and this couple certainly seem to be just that. You could have apologized until you were blue in the face and he would still ask for more. "Fuck You" is the best response in this situation.

The only bad part is your show is like your store, if you ran a business like a liquor store. Your show is your business and you have to remain professional not to mention keeping people happy is just the decent thing to do. With that said, fuck that guy. I'm actually shocked at many of the responses to this video. I couldn't bring myself to sincerely write "Don't worry, he deserved it." If Penn sets a goal, which is to keep everyone around him happy and to treat those around him with respect, then I won't support his actions if they go against his goals.

If I went to a show and wasn't happy and I told the performer and they said they were really sorry and offered my money back, I wouldn't even take it back (unless it was really blatant like a singer singing only 1 song).
