There is absolutely no evidence that voter fraud is occurring. Yet the bill will likely disenfranchise 175,000 South Carolinians who do not have the necessary ID.
This bill addresses an imaginary problem and will disenfranchise South Carolina voters who should be able to vote. Shame on Scott Marshal for getting this wrong.

The Supreme Court already settled the Voter ID law by saying States have the right pass Voter ID laws to stop voter fraud.
What Eric Holder is doing is absolutely going against a law that has already passed. He should be tried for treason!
