It is the "cab view" so to speak you can change where in the "cab" you sit (I forget what key you push) In the subways the person made the inside of the car part of the cab so when you change you sit you get that other view you are talking about. As for the cars they are from Magicland and can be found on the officeal Trainz 2004 website
