i like the way you explain things but you expect everybody to be able to understand what your talking about, believe me i do understand, but to say for people, who haven't had any meditation work, for at least a year of at least one hour of meditation a day and character work, how would they know? just wanting you to understand what some christian people think?
After many years of being an atheist I've always suspected that there has to be more. Not more in the sense of creation or life after death but more in the sense of understanding and accepting the reality the we exist within. Buddhism addresses this conundrum perfectly.

But how is one supposed to practice a more stable posture then, when one never sits in it?
Or how did you yourself got into full lotus?
