I don't know the fine points of the law, as to perhaps a specific quantity being legal to posses or to grow, or whether it's legal to sell.

However, pot IS legal. Google it, if you're obsessed with pot. I never cared for the high so I don't do it anymore, although I not an advocate for pot smokers, I;m for legalization of ALL drugs i.e. legal (prescribed) being available OTC and legalizing all other drugs as well.
