Genjutsu is a definite advantage against Bleach characters, since there is an extreme lack of illusory skill or counters in Bleach, but on the flip-side, there aren't many powerful Genjutsu users in Naruto, and a lot of them are so weak that even just being in the Espada's presence would crush them to the ground. Itachi is about one of the only legitimate threats, but even he at best would only be able to handle a single Espada with it, assuming they had no knowledge of what his powers were.

Alas, this is not true. Kisame is incredibly strong by Narutoverse standards, but he is barely Captain-tier by Bleach standards. Kenpachi and Nnoitora can casually slice skyscraper-sized targets apart and move at massively hypersonic speeds. Kisame is cool but he has nothing on them.

Actually Kisame can´t cut something like a skyscraper, i know that, but that´s only because his sword has no sharp blade. And you forgot something: All buildings, both in Hueco Mundo AND in the Soul Society are made out of spiritual particles. And besides: Kenpachi is not really good at Shunpo..... He can move fast, i know. But Kisame can catch up with him. And Nnoitras speed is nearly the same.

Kisame simply doesn't have the force to topple a skyscraper with a slash, either. A sharper blade is actually harder to do it with, because there's less surface area, which attests to the strength required for Kenpachi to do it casually. On the subject of speed, Kenpachi was dodging Tousen's attacks right as his blade was touching him, which is insane reaction ability considering Tousen himself at that point was likely supersonic. Nnoitora kept up with Bankai Ichigo, who is hypersonic.

Kisame is strong, but he would get ripped apart by guys like Nnoitora and Kenpachi. He might be able to beat folks like...base form Yammy...but even that would be close.

Regarding spirit particles, that doesn't make the buildings any weaker. They have the same durability as buildings in the real world, they are simply made out of a different kind of matter. This is explained by Urahara who goes over the conversion process when letting Ichigo and his friends through the Garganta to Soul Society back at the beginning of the series. So just because they're made of spirit particles doesn't make them weaker.
