for crystyXP ther is one way, to factory unlock it cost me about 80 us dollars

Itunes told me that the ipsw (the one created during the jailbreak) is the compatible. What did I do wrong?

Is this jailbreak only for 3G or can I use it for my iPhone 4 which is already running ISO 5.0.1, becuz Ive been try with redsn0w and I'm having no luck...and my carrier is sprint so can you help me out

@MRslimd25 I am not certain, but I do not think that there is yet support for the iPhone 4 on Sprint. I know for sure that there is no support for the iPhone 4S on sprint which I have. When you went to the firmware website, which firmware did you try to download?

2 things.

1. my jailbreak seems to be untethered. I havent installed anything from Cydia. my phone powers off and back on again with no problems.

2. Cydia will not open. Ive rebooted my device but still no Cydia.

any suggestions.

@greenyoshi64 He clearly does say that. He says that ibooty is extracted to your desktop while running sn0wbreeze, IF you have a tethered device

Another thing, if i upgraded at 5.0 whit my iphone 4, and my firmware was changed to 4.11.08.. Can i unlockit somehow? or can i downgrade my firmware..? I am stuck there.. Thanks!

@CrystyXp the baseband cannot be downgraded. As for the unlock, there is not one yet for 4.11.08
