A final decision won't be rendered until at least Sept.

The people doing this wanted Palin out so they could get paid. Palin started out as a corruption buster in Alaska, remember. People like the pervo blogger they hired were just used as tools. When tools are no longer useful the Dems will throw them away.
The main unteachable thing about these people is that they can't see or don't care they are just being used so their puppets in DC can get a pay day.

Submitting falsified claims for payment is a blatant act of fraud - in AK or any other state. And yes, she did pay up to settle it - and "settled" means she avoided the inevitable fraud charges that would have resulted had she not settled it. WTF is your point w/ Obama? Palin's a big girl - and her unethical acts are her own responsibility.

The group of "Alaska Bloggers" do pretty much show themselves to be someone you would not particularly want to know. On the other hand, many folks want to shake hands with Sarah Palin and find her to be above all of their "stuff."

As an Alaskan, I am very happy that Palin stepped down, for one simple reason...She is freakin' AWESOME!!! She will be able to do more good now than she could as our governor. The libs and all their friends tried to keep her down, but she out-smarted all of them. She has got my vote for anything she runs for. Sarah Palin stands for America, not herself, unlike a certain president we have at the moment.

There were at least 21 ethics charges filed against Palin, and they were not all dismissed. For instance, the one regarding travel expenses for her family. She was allowed to "settle", i.e., buy her way out of multiple fraud charges, for approx $9K, and one of the latest - regarding her use of a trust fund to raise a personal slush fund - is still in progress, and the investigator's report on his findings is not favorable to Palin. A final decision won't be rendered until at least Sept.

the problum with sarah palin is she represents moral conscious and freedom,along with the persuit of happiness,it sounds like these people not only want to rob her of these things,but they want to bankrupt her in the process,its to bad these same tactics couldnt be slammed at them,and see how long they would be able to pull money out of thier asses to fight these trumped up charges,we can only hope that they suffer the same financial loses they have caused her to go through..sarah,GOD BLESS YOU.

Shannyn Moore is a piece of work too. She's the one who thoughtlessly said "I love babies, not just fetuses." What is THAT supposed to mean? There no mother in America who has shown more love for a baby than Palin has, who chose not to rob Trig of the gift of life just because he's got Down Syndrome.

You Tube censoring videos that do not violate the terms of agreement is a break of confidence with their users. They can choose to do it but if they are going to engage in partisan censorship they should make that clear to their users.

The Dems have stooped to Rovean tactics and taken them to a new low, one that not even Rove could have ever conceived of. I was a victim of ACORN's thuggery and cheating at my Dem caucus. The stealing of the nomination has been swept under the rug.
