This man is talking for TRUE Republicans, who are really not part of this FAKE two party system..... they are the heartbeat of TRUE AMERICA and if people on both sides, in both parties will listen to this man correctly, you will hear that he speaks to AMERICANS, not just "party" divisives... he works for TRUE REPUBLICANS, as the party was and can be again.... with Michael's help and a listening ear!
I would also like to add my thanks to every right-wing radio nut & FOX news hack out there for making this moment possible. Thank you Rush "Michael Steele, what's my ass taste like" Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin, that blonde bimbo whose name I can't think of, that 12 year old who pitched his "How to be a conservative" book at CPAC & anyone else whom I forgot to mention. Please keep it up: with your help we can keep the GOP as a permanent ruling minority.
A Republican disagreeing with another powerful republican publicly! Political suicide! But they are inclusive of different ideas and cultures! Aint they, or so they say?
WTF is he talking about. His mouth is moving but he's saying nothing. He was asked a straight up question but his answer was a mealy-mouthed mess. What a dope.

Oh I didn't realise this was a pro-Democrat channel. How pathetic! I'm neither a democrat or republican. It's the same garbage. I'm a Liberterian. I guess I found out where all the clowns hang out. You guys are hilarious. Cheers! Mike.
I'm a Libertarian == My opinions obviously don't matter, as I would claim that government should have no role in the recovery, and I would doom the country to a recession just as the recession-era Republicans did until the Democratic party rebuilt America
Well, a recession is needed. This mess was brought on by the Federal Reserve inflating the housing bubble and an economy built on consumption. It's unsustainable, and we need a re-allocation of of human and financial resources.
Capital comes from people working and saving; it doesn't come from the Federal Reserve printing trillions of dollars out of thin air.
And don't you dare tell me my opinions don't matter.
The state of your country is a resullt of your inactions not mine. For those of you who would botter to check i'm from Canada. Dems or Repubs, doesn't matter. The difference is that the Democrats will kill your country by spending too much on social programs. Yes they are needed, but the system is currently unsustainable. How do any of you explain why Clinton had to go beg the Chinese to buy the U.S. debt? You are all denying the obvious, that your economy is toast, and more spending is bad.
I'll go a step further. If they challenge Specter, as a Democrat I will donate heavily to Specter because he is a Republican worthy of respect. He and Leahy have been trading the gavel back and forth as administrations change over, he speaks with a great deal of thought and consideration, he is very deliberate and thorough.
That Specter saw through the bullshit of the political gamesmanship and decided for himself how he felt he should vote, well good for him. That's serving your country.
Steele wants to run things and at the same time backpedal and say "I'm going to follow the lead of the state parties" that's BS.
As for Specter, he and Leahy have been amazingly effective and bipartisan in running the Senate Judiciary and if you want to boot one of the best Republicans at working across the aisle to get things actually accomplished, then the GOP is truly run by fools.
Senate Judiciary is one of the only things on Capitol Hill that actually WORKS and works well.
Steele is doing a great job! If the RNC manages to chase out the last few moderates they will make themselves completely irrelevant to the majority indefinitely.
Smile everybody, the end of the Republican Party is at hand.
I don't think he even knows what he's saying, or at least not how it sounds to Democrats. I think he's going for more of a 'it's not my decision' sort of thing, but is coming off as a 'we're gonna screw this guy for crossing the aisle' deal.
Throwing money at slaughter has a quick, identifiable pay off for these folks - obviously, similar investment in infrastructure and the well being of the American public is just completely off their radar.
Republicans have a HUGE blind spot for what they do and do not consider "evil government hand outs." They endorse the welfare state of the top 5%, yet are (at least amongst the rank in file) completely oblivious to this.

I am here by to thank Michael Steele for his disastrous RNC policies.
By challenging and cutting fund to the moderates members of his party,
He singled handed has given us a premature victory beyond our wildest imagination, while giving a devastating blow to his Party.
We could not hope for any better gift at such critical moment.
Therefore we strongly support Michael Steele, Michelle Bachman, Sean Hannity, and Rush Limbaugh policies.
Michael Steele, we salute you, You be the Man.

Eating their own - I love it. In a country with only two viable parties, appealing to moderates is essential for victory. The GOP has forgotten that.
