I remember standing out here when ever I was seeking for pt to crawlers nest. I didn't mind the wait ( most of the time lol.) since the music was just so nostalgic to me I miss this game I wish it went back to how it was from 2003-2009 before abby.

Hey does anyone know where I can buy the full soundtrack from the game FFXI?? I've looked on iTunes but there is nothing to be found for a complete sountrack like PeyserConley has been able to post :) (I thank very much by the way) I really would love to have this soundtrack in my car driving to work though, brings back my childhood and owh so many memories!

I'm pretty sure any Bastokan would remember this song. I had to run through this area to get to Jeuno at lvl 19 so that I could level in Qufim Island. My friend had got on when I was in Konschat Highlands and decided to help me get to Jeuno on her 45 thf. I ended up getting aggro from a Gobbue and we killed it together. There is nothing more blissful than the memories of playing this game with old friends that I will never talk to again. Great memories, and great game.

@JustSayTony Its kinda interessting how EVERYONE thinks the same like you (and ofc me!) about this game and its community. Never found anything like that after my 3 years in FFXI. Awesome game.

@xenotastic Agreed, I feel the same way about it as you guys. FFXI just captured my heart in a way that feels like revisiting home after having moved out for many years, or visiting an old childhood hang out wondering where time has gone and where it has taken old friends with it.

Great song always made me happy and sad at the same time. My last days of this great game i came to Rolandberry fields lol and cryed my eyes off lol wtf is wrong with? but i loved this game alot. it was golden =)

I agree with the earlier statement. It just doesnt feel like ffXI anymore. If they kept it the way it used to be, I'd pixel myself and move to Mhaura.

Man, i miss this game way too much sometimes...I used to play FFXI music off youtube while playing wow...now that i quit wow i STILL play FFXI music for no reason other than nostalgia.....and the fact that its beautiful >.> I think even on my deathbed ill be thinking of ronfaure music...Miss you vana =(

@gumslinger The game just has a way of making a big impact on you. The whole game does, not even just the music but the music plays a big factor because its so nostalgic and its one of the main things that our brains record over other things when we try to recollect something. I however, miss all the good fun I had with people I met on the game and regret not being able to do more but I decided to throw in the towel because the game changed too much and it didn't feel like FFXI anymore.

I thought it was a kinda cool game, but it was just toooooooo hard to get anything done. far too hardcore for my taste. I like many things about it though.

@abcgefp Lol, that is true. Specially if you're new to the game. Lvling up from 10+ hard to do. Money is hard to get cuz most items sell for less than 100g. Amors are hard to buy cuz they all sell for more than 1k. And lol, I'd say 90% of the quests are not soloable. But that all is worth it because during the process of getting those done, you meet such nice people and bond with them. That was such a great feeling for me. Until I had to throw it all away and quit the game :( I miss those guys.

@abcgefp I couldn't agree more, it too me a year and a half to get to lvl 32 and a decent subjob lvl. I can't wait for 14. Im signed up for thebeta on ps3.
