My harness is tied to a polysteel safety line, what I started to say, but the camera was not recording yet, was step one is make sure your tied in! The first time I did that I forgot to clip my safety and swung out from a balcony just like the vid without a safety. My heart was pounding! I dropped down to the ground, said that's it for the day, and went out for several beers!!
