To be honest I think it would be very hard to translate a drunken Irishman telling jokes that barely make sense in his own language. Yet... Oddly the drunken Irishman's rant still makes you wet your pants.

My Czech isn't all that strong, but my English is, and I think the subtitles are WAY off around 4:22... Dylan's saying "you walk up to any five-year-old and say", whereas from what I can tell, the subtitles say "when you're 25 you'll say". The joke makes no sense the way it is in the subtitles ;) Or am I mistaken?
