  • now this looks pretty good man, you keep your body pretty still, only jerk alil towards the end, but for a greater burn I think you should try bringing the bar up alil higher right at about the base of your neck, and pause it up there for about 1-3 seconds, its such a great burn for the traps oh man :)

    If you slowed down your reps as well that might help to, 1-2 secs up and 4-6 seconds down, overall i give you a 8/10 you look like your coming along good keep up the good work man :)
