Season 3 through Season 6 are the best Fer & David seasons. The final episode of Season 6 is the best episode. It's a perfect ending for the series. Season 7 is a disaster which should never have been made. To me, it's a bad dream which doesn't really exist.

But most of all, this is just a matter of perception. I choose to believe in a happy ending for Fer and David simply because I can. These are fictional characters in a fictional school in a fictional show, and I can choose to pick the positives over the negatives. I refuse to be bogged down by sadness over what they did to this couple and instead choose to pick the scenario that makes the most sense at the first place: Fervid in university, everyone acting in-character, happy ending.

@Firecrawler09 What I think is that Fer didn't died but got hospitalized and recovered after some time. And those scenes where David imagines him, are in fact real (the two of them in front of the Zurbaran in the final episode, for me seemed that they were happily together and alive) and at the end, as you said: Fervid in university, living together, loving each other, happy ending, etc.

So yeah, in my head canon, I'll be happy to believe that Fer and David are still living together and happy. They're both responsible, mature, committed and after everything that happened in Season 6, are going very strong. I'll be happy to ditch Season 7 from my head too not just because of what they did to Fervid. IMO, pretty much all the characters started becoming OOC. They were all acting like huge assholes and bitches to each others, and that's just not the FOQ that I loved.

Forget my initial post here 2 months ago before Season 7 started and I thought it will be a good season for Fervid. I was very wrong as anyone who follows this show already knows.

Like most of you, for me Season 7 doesn't exist, period. In the show's canon, Fer and David should have both moved on to university (Fer actually passed with flying colors and David DID retake the course that he failed before Season 6 ended) so I don't know wtf the writers were thinking at the first place.

Bring on Season 7! David and Fer are happier and stronger than ever, and I'm sure we'll see a lot more kisses.
