Alright , Now lets legalize Gay marriages in DC to promote and at the same time celebrate HIV....Fact is almost 60% of DC's population is BLACK and almost 90% of those BLACKS are HIV infected. Let me enlighten you. About 55% of the DC population of almost 600,000 is black; that means about 330,000 people. About 3% of the "ENTIRE" DC population are believed to have contracted HIV/AIDS, that about 18,000 people. Thus it is easy for any educated person to see that 18,000 is not 90% of 330,000. It's ironic that the person suggesting 90% of the black DC pop has HIV/AIDS is also describing a group of people as "not intelligent or ignorant" Choose education over ignorance for yourself.

No, no you misunderstood. Approximately 4% of all black people in D.C. have HIV not 90% of black people in D.C. The video said 90% of HIV cases are African American, there is a HUGE difference in what you claimed and what they said. And there are many more factors than your racist reasons, its very complicated and have some compassion for goodness sake.
