  • This master(John Chang) of nei kung is amazing,and after seeing this video a few years back was what got me started on chi energy cultivation practices.We all have these abilities inside us we just have to practice as to awaken them.Sadly he is not teaching anymore.There are not many masters of this level that are willing to teach.Learning from such a teacher would be an honor.
