The problem is you had that EX option. So the game litterally paused for that moment. But either way it would count you as the loser cause its against the CPU.

You would have won if you would have started the EX Burst. What mode were you playing BTW, because I've seen people take a Double KO as a loss during story mode, but in Quick Battle it is different.

no you are wrong if you chek in detail at min 1:28 I got the fist hit, I even got the choice to enter to ex burst

I wonder what would happen if you weren't in EX mode? It won't register the kill until A: you press square and finish the ex burst or B: not press square and wait for the icon to disappear. So it's unfortunate but your EX mode is the whole reason you lost =/
