Man, this was a great surgery. It was very subtle, but still it brought a lot of structure to her face. She looks great. I'm getting a chin implant soon too. :) YAY!

looks great. She looked great before, too. Beautiful girl. I think the subtle changes like that are the mark of a good surgeon.
