There is no set amount paid per number of views. It increases depending on how many subs you have. The bulk of the earning is made through ads and not through views.

It depends what your channel is about. You could get as little as a penny to several cents per click. To make any real money even 12,000 subs would not amount to much. Some videos can rake higher click prices like a dollar vs. others almost nothing like a few cents. To make any real money on youtube you would have to at least have hundreds of videos that have 100 views a day. Then it's about how much you get per click. If it's a few cents per click, it's hopeless. At higher prices okay.

The top people make more money off of non youtube related things than they do on youtube. All those websites that say people are making 2 grand a day are more wrong than anything posted by dun and bradstreet and manta regarding businesses. Some people can make a living off it because they live completely cheap. But it wont make you enough to buy a 3 million dollar house, travel, and own a bunch more assets. This whole youtube partnership won't be around forever, so they will have to move on.

dont think by reaching 20,000 subs you will make over 1,000 dollers a month ive done a lot of research on this and talked to people. videos should be for fun and if it turns out you can get over 100,000 subs then good job and make it a career but now that the backgrounds r going to change it wont be easy gaining an audience for the newcomers this time around... and lots of these guys will lie about how much they make so dont listen to them.

theres no way a person with 20,000 subs is going to make over 1,000 a month i know this for a fact. just look at the video out put of those who have 10,000 to 50,000 subs, most put them out rarely because the pay sucks. if the pay were really good they would make videos every other day and make it a career. if you plan on exceeding 100,000 subs then it would pay descent enough to make a living for one person. or if your offered higher pay like the popular stars of youtube
