Unfortunately, I don't own an X-Box 360, so I unfortunately won't be able to apply your advice anytime soon. But I will definitely keep this advice in mind on the offchance that I do get one at some point in time. I'm kind of old-school... the most recent console I own is a GameCube that I don't even play very much. I honestly play most of my games on PCs and in arcades on those rare opportunities that I receive to visit them. This is definitely one of the funnier videos that I've seen recently.

Very funny. However, the red ring of death was primarly only a problem with the older models (which is the model you have there), making the video irrelvent to make in 2011. Also why would I buy a PS3 considering Xbox360 is tons better? Though I might buy a PS3 eventully (after PS4 comes out and it is cheaper), it would only be for the few games worth bothering with, like MGS4. Wii is really good, but still not quite as good as the Xbox 360.

eh i only got the red ring cause i bought a "NEW" one. but when i got the RROD-red ring of death, i called microsoft and they checked the number on my xbox by looking on the systems settings. and THEN! they said that xbox was about 5-6 years old! HOW SHITTY! GAME STOP RIPPED ME OFF! so i sold my Wii cause i barley use it. i bought the new XBOX360 SLIM, 250 GB, built in WI-FI and im happy with it so far. SO DONT BUY A USED XBOX!!. save up $200 to get the SLIM! or get the Xbox Elite.

I had 4 of them and three had the red ring of death. Here's how I fixed it. You go to Walmart, buy another one, KEEP the papers, peel off the bar code on the back of both xboxes (it's actually easy to do and that's what they scan when u return it) and switch them. Take it back the same day and complain about the red ring of death. Problem solved! The new black xboxes don't get the ring of death and that's what I have now. I bought it lol.
