I did actually look up the arrest record for this and it does exist. Also in this country we *NEVER* hit anyone no matter what is said. It is *NEVER* ok to hit someone just because they said something you don't like or even if they lie, we still don't hit them.

I realize this is extremely frustrating, but I don't think this should be put into such black and white terms. I just came to this video from one contrasting Fox News statements on the "Ground Zero Mosque" and genuinely teaching some critical thinking by Stewart. He is still in denial and/or has the same survival instincts as say Ron Paul. I notice that, unlike Bill Clinton's screaming "How dare you?" to a 9-11 question, Stewart says, "let's hear the gentleman out."
