Hmmm, probably because they have to tell the truth at USAFA. And the truth would be that Air Force has beaten Navy 25 times while Navy has only beaten Air Force 16 times. Even a squid knows that 25 is greater than 16 right? Navy has had more recent success, but I wouldn't say they win "every year". I realize that salt water has a negative effect on math skills, so don't feel bad about your mistake. GO AIR FORCE, SINK NAVY!!!

As far as those of us living in the present are concerned, Air Force loses every year. If you can hear me back in 2002, what do you zoomies say when you fail to meet an objective? "It's OK, Sir, we did it right 25 times before?" Real professionalism is knowing you're only as good as your last performance. The trophy does not sit where it sits (downstairs) because of what happened 10, 20 or 30 years ago.
