  • I"m worried because I just bought something off ebay from them and it doesnt look like they even shipped, even though they say they ship in 1 day it's been 3. I simply wanted to confirm that they shipped to my correct address and they haven't responded to any of my emails either. I hope they respond to me ASAP and it gets shipped. i'm Derekshaw92 on Ebay! :(

  • What a load of crock!!! I have bought from these people. They sent me faulty goods. When I tried to complain, the customer service was terrible. I phoned twice, sent 3 emails, and they simply fobbed me off. I would avoid buying from these people at all costs. It is almost laughable that they are held to be retailer of the month - they might sell loads, but have NO customer service!!!
