I was quite suprised when I heard the "Dreadful Fight" music when I fought this guy. He was pretty easy... then again, I tend to grind often

For some reason omnicast and phoenix didn't appear in the crystal palace. Any idea whats up with that? And thanks for the videos, I would have never gotten this far getting all the good gear for my characters.

That's what the problem was. I DID give him the two Augments, so I had it in my head that I'd get Omnicast. But then my party got killed, so the Augments went back to my inventory. Thinking he still had them, I never gave them back to him again, so no Omnicast :(

But now I just started ANOTHER game (not New Game+, just New Game) and I've been paying extra attention to those Augments. I want to have Max Stats and the ideal augments for the Final Five by the end of my 3rd playthrough.

No. If it was 150% then the power would be TO0high. You'd go from 1500 to the max at this point 9999. That's TOO cheap. It's 15%. I did thos on a calculator, and in normal math. It's 15%.

not to disagree with you but 150%=1.5 and 15%=.15 so if you took 1500x.15=225so an extra 15% only is 1725 where as an extra 150% would be 3750 so are you sure its 15%. cuz you are right 15% makes good sense and 150% is pretty cheap but 150% off of your hp makes things interesting.

If it went that high, then you'd have it so easy to do damage. Thats why they put a power limit on it. If they put it 15%, rather than something cheap. Imagin. Doing about...5000 damage a hit on a boss a turn? In about 6-7 turns alone on Zeromus, that would kill him.

if you got the rat tail item from the sylph cave, go to mythril in the world map with the enterprise and the thing of edward that floats, i dont know its name, go to the cave near mythril with the floating thing, give the rat tail to the person upstairs and he will give you some ore, go back to the underworld to kokkol's forge,

First of all, follow to meeting airship... Take the Hovercracf and go to Adamant Isle Grotto (East of Mythril City). Arriving there, delivered Rat Tail to the little man and receive Adamantite. Take the airship again, go to the Underworld and follow the southeast, to Kokkola's Forge... Arriving there, delivered Adamantite (and Mythgraven Blade) to the old man, that will forge a strong weapon for you.

This weapon is Excalibur!

is in southeast part of the map, give the ore to the person upstarirs and he will start forging the sword, go to the moon and come back, because the forger needs sometime to make the sword, go back to kokkol's forge and reclaim the sword
