They hire people who have no business in the work force because the company gets tax credits (WOTC= work opportunity tax credit) for hiring people who come from all kinds of dubious backgrounds. That's why they suck.

Verizon is not in my area or I would switch. It is either AT&T, Comcast, or Dish Network. I am going back to Dish for now
