  • Beneath the sillyness and frivolity was a very very fine singer. RIP Freddie.

  • wonderfull!!!! fantastic!! good music and a very good show!!

  • R.I.P Jimmy Saville

  • freddie was on e before anyone else,

  • ha,ha the orchestra guys are just watching and i wonder what they were thinking?

It 's like they are thinking--"what the hell is this"?

  • He was the Keith Moon of vocals.

  • Well, you've got to hand it to them. They were unique in the history of rock.

  • ...that Freddie fella seems a bit...hyperactive....

  • He sounds like a white, English Little Richard lol Great song. They were a very up beat band.

  • @Tonithenightowl Acrtually a cross between Little Richard and Jerry Lewis

  • @Keyboardman88 Exactly lol I'm sure this guy saw Jerry Lewis movies. Still a great singer, especially a ballad. Thanks for responding.

  • Doesn't FREDDIE seem...well...abit...well...GAY!!!!!!

  • @FOSEEBOY Do you mean happy? I think the whole band was pretty happy.

  • Absolutely superb! Can anyone imagine something like the Pollwinners concerts taking place today? You want entertainment Mr Cowell, watch this.

  • That's SOOOOOO good!!!

  • i love how between two skiffle bands pple dont do flame wars with other bands tht played the same song as long as there awsome bands like theses guys

  • id kill to have those VOX amps

  • This must have been the moment when John Cleese, watching his '64 television set said to himself: " hang on,.........now I know what I'm gonna do with my life".

  • Be pressed to see Mick & Keith pull that one.! Eric left the yardbirds because "they were more interested in what Freddie and the Dreamers were wearing on stage"

Did he have this in mind?/// God keep freddie...pure music hall.

  • freddie had a great vioce !! loved him ... rip my friend .x.. long live the 60s'... Lyndloo..

  • No wonder Freddie was so skinny, the guy couldn't sit still.

    I sure miss the 60's.

  • hey! who'se the guy on the Fender Jaguar in the middle... Not one of the Dreamers dear!

  • Freddie Must've worn a jock around his Larnyx as well as his groin.....cookin though here...Kansas City??? Garrity sho 'nuff does it!

  • saw this group and the drummer is spectacular

  • Freddie was such a blast! Nothing but pure fun from that fellow! Truly missed!

  • People who bash Freddie are just jealous, dour people. Freddie was funny! And he sang very well.

  • This guy can jump!

  • To me Freddie is a cross between Jerry Lewis and Al Jolson. Watch the video of Jolson singing Tootsie and notice his mannerisms. Actually Freddie had a very good singing voice.

  • @redstart4 The music of the 60`s was fantastic, even now in 2010 we can still sing to it, I don`t know what we will be able to sing in 50 years from now from todays music, my guess is NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

  • there should be an international law, or something, against this kind of spectacle.

  • does anyone know if there was anyone else like him in the past or was he one-of-a-kind?

  • Saw these fellas live quite a lot in the 60s. Good band and Freddie was a show in himself although he did overdo it at times.

    Always worth watching, though.

  • yeh he does have Jerry Lewis giggles !

  • the british Jerry Lewis !

  • A man full of power. Great!

  • I grew up with Freddie, but lost touch. We met up again sledging in Bramhall Park and quaffed a couple of scoops, in the early 70's. Kept in touch 'till sadly bad health intervened and he and his lovely missus went off in their motorhome to spend his last few years living his dream

  • gorgeous! haha

  • Crazy Man Crazy!

  • the bastard simpsons put the american version of that last song on the show :@

the scouse one wud av bin sooo much better

  • freddie speaks like frank spencer!

  • lol

  • He makes Frank Spencer sound macho like Frank Bruno!!!

  • i look lke him! :O and talk like him! :O

  • i do so love heavy death metal :)

  • Yeh. That's Jimmy Saville (now Sir Jimmy Saville) Britain's most FAMOUS DJ and Pop Presenter, STILL going strong in 2009! Hows about that, guys n gals?
