I have Oblivion for PC its great. When i open up the game no lag its really great no lag but after 20 minutes or so of playing and error message comes up "Sorry we need to close Oblivion" and the options are send sand don't send Please help thanks.

I discovered this buffing method myself. I thought I was the only one who knew about it. You can buff your willpower and magicka to insane extents with it and cast spells that easily kill guards and have an area effect. I discovered it about a year ago while creating spells in the imperial city mage tower thing.

The way I did it, you cannot use a mount. There may be a way to increase your mount speed but I am not aware of how to do this or even if it exists.

The recording software I used was a trial and therefore did not support audio recording, If I took the time to get the full version there would be audio in this video but due to my laziness, this was never done.

I hope this answered your questions and I am sorry for not having a proper answer to your first question.

thanks, i realized that the mount is not affected by the speed and it defaulted to whatever setting it is on,

i have set my atts at 200 each max with cheat codes and could get some pretty good speed but not nearly as fast as you.

And no, you cannot fly, only fall with style. To get it that high (900) it takes 100 restoration skill and 100 speed. you have 100 base and then you use however many restoration spells you wish to fortify your speed.(Must be different spells, I suggest doing the mages guild quests.)

I also suggest turning on God Mode so you'll survive the falls.(And have the mana to cast the resto spells.)

Hit ~ then type

tgm

That will toggle god mode on.

It's called Gamecam, Didn't notice the watermark? Lol. It integrates with the game as to run as efficiently as possible which means, it slows down your game less while filming. I find it very useful when filming.

pc oblivion is easily the best because of the stuff you can download and the dev console.type coc testinghall into the dev console (i'm not sure if it's coctestinghall or coc testinghall,try it both ways) and it'll take you to a place used to test the game.every thing in the game is there including weapons and armour.i also have a 360 but i play oblivion for pc.
